What is Hospice?

The primary focus of hospice care is the comfort and symptom management of a life limiting illnesses. Hospice is a palliative rather than a curative approach to healthcare. This service is provided where ever a person lives. We provide hospice care in a person's own home, in the home of a loved one, within a long-term care facility, at an assisted living or retirement center, or even in a hospital setting.

We go where ever a person calls home, rather than the individual having to come to us for their care.
