Our Medical Director is Syed Aziz. He works closely with the hospice team to provide quality care to our patients. Dr. Aziz works in several nursing facilities, assisted facilities as well as providing care from his office. Aleita Healthcare keeps your primary physician involved in your care or you may choose to use your primary physician to direct your hospice services with Aleita Healthcare.
